We only produce after order. This is how we ensure ecological and environmentally friendly production and avoid overproduction and waste. Therefore, the delivery time for products in stock is 1-3 working days and all others 5-10 working days.

Shipping Information

1. Shipping within Germany and the EU countries, including Great Britain, is via DHL GO GREEN.

2. The goods are ready for dispatch no later than two working days (for products in stock) or ten working days (for products produced after the order was placed) after receipt of the order. Once shipped, your package will arrive in one to four business days, depending on the shipping method and destination, unless otherwise agreed.

3. For deliveries to countries other than Germany, additional fees (taxes, customs duties, import duties) may be levied by the local authorities. The customer bears these additional costs. Rejected packages will be refunded minus the return shipping cost.

4. Items will be shipped from Lüdinghausen, Germany with official documentation showing the exact total of all goods purchased in EU Euros and the country of origin for each item.
