Of course, you can return your order up to 14 days after receiving the parcel.

 

We want to minimise the environmental impact of transport routes as much as possible. We therefore ask our customers to make a conscious decision in favour of a purchase and to take a close look at the size information beforehand.

 

Nevertheless, it can always happen that a parcel has to be returned to us. However, as a small company, we cannot cover the costs of returns. The costs for returns are to be borne by the buyer.

As soon as we have received the return, we will refund the money for it. 

 

 

Please note that the processing time for refunds can take up to 5 working days. We reserve the right to check the returned goods for signs of use. Only if the item is free of defects will the customer receive a refund. Please also note that sets and bundles are only refundable as a whole. The discount on retained products does not apply if a set or bundle is only partially returned.

This only applies to fashion and (home) accessories. Customised furniture cannot be exchanged or returned. If the furniture is damaged or otherwise defective, you can of course contact us.
