Return/Exchange
We want to keep the environmental impact of the transport routes as low as possible, so we ask our customers to make a conscious decision to buy.
Nevertheless, it can always happen that a package has to be sent back to us.
Then please send us an email to info@malje.shop and tell us your order number, which items should be returned and the reason for your return. You will then receive your return QR code by email, which you can simply show on your smartphone at the post office. You can return your order free of charge up to 30 days after receipt of the package.
This only applies to Germany. The costs for returns from abroad are borne by the buyer himself.
Please note that the processing time for refunds can take up to 5 business days. We reserve the right to check the returned item for signs of use. The customer will only receive a refund if the goods are free of defects.
This only applies to fashion and home accessories. The specially made furniture cannot be exchanged or returned. In the event of damage or other defects in the furniture, you can of course contact us.
